Safe Haven
Conway Area Humane Society offers assistance to those needing to temporarily house their pets during crisis situations. Some possible situations include incidents of domestic violence, fires, floods, medical emergencies and housing or employment difficulties. Please reach out to us in your time of need. Rest assured we will provide your situation with the confidentiality, dignity and respect it deserves.
We want to keep your pet fed. Dog or cat food is available in our food pantry during times of need. If you are running out of pet food, please call to check for availability.
Owner Surrender
Conway Area Humane Society provides a safe, nonjudgmental place for those who can no longer care for their animals to surrender them so that they can be cared for until they find a new home. Please choose one of the option below to complete an application.
Behavioral Assistance
CAHS staff are available to speak with community members who may be having behavioral issues with their pets in order to offer helpful advice and referrals. We welcome all community questions and offer lifetime support to adopters of CAHS animals.
The next round of classes will run from Wednesday, January 3rd, to Wednesday, January 31st.
Tiffany will be offering the following classes at Conway Area Humane Society:
- Adolescent – 4-5pm
- Good Dog 101 – 5:15-6:15pm
Tiffany also offers in-home private lessons for dogs that might not be the best fit for a group setting.
End Of Life Peace Of Mind
In order to give people nearing the end of their lives some peace of mind related to their pets, CAHS will commit to taking care of or finding a new home for those animals upon the person’s death. Reach out to us today.
